House Centipede
( Scutigera coleopterata) - This centipede is about 1 in. long and the body is yellowish gray with dark stripes. There legs are very long. The antennae are also long and go out in front of the body. \r\n

"Biography"
The house centipede lives inside and out. They occurs in damp locations such as basements and bathrooms where it preys on insects. There are several larval stages before reaching maturity. The adults and young may be found together.

Treatment
Reducing the presence of insects and may help to limit populations. Aerosol sprays , dusts in cracks and crevices, and sticky traps may also be used. \r\n
